CONSULTATION CALL

When we call to confirm your booking, we’ll also have a short consultation to discuss your ear health and ensure you’re ready for your visit.

HOME VISIT

Your friendly Ear Care Practitioner arrives on time, examines your ears and performs safe, gentle microsuction in the comfort of your home.

AFTERCARE

Your Ear Care Practitioner checks your comfort, gives aftercare advice, follows up by phone, and offers a free visit if needed.

BOTH EARS

  • Pre-appointment consultation - a quick phone call to discuss your past and present ear health

  • Home appointment - your Ear Care Practitioner will safely remove earwax, infections, or foreign objects from both ears using comfortable microsuction.

  • Aftercare support - your Ear Care Practitioner will give aftercare advise during the appointment and follow-up by phone a couple of days later and will even arrange a further follow visit at your home - if required (free)

HOME VISIT APPOINTMENTS

Monday - Friday: 6pm - 10pm

Saturday: 9am -6pm

Sunday: 10am -5pm​

  • Home appointments are usually 30-45mins â€‹

  • We aim to respond to appointment enquires within 3 hours​​

  • We endevour to make same day appointments when requested
